Open the Shopify Theme Editor

In your Shopify admin, navigate to Online Store > Themes and click Customize on your live theme. This opens the Theme Editor where all Section customisation takes place.

Navigate to the page where you want the FAQ

Use the page selector at the top of the Theme Editor to navigate to the template you want to edit. For product page FAQs, select your default product template. For a standalone FAQ page, navigate to any standard page template. The Section can be added to any page in your store.

Add the FAQ Section to the page

Click Add Section in the left-hand sidebar and search for "ss - FAQ". All Section Store Sections are prefixed with "SS" in the Theme Editor — for example, "ss - FAQ #3" — making them easy to find. Click your chosen Section to add it to the page.

Add your questions and answers

Click on the FAQ Section in the sidebar to open its settings. Add each question and answer as an individual block — you can add as many as you need. Customise the section heading, accordion icon style, colours, and layout to match your brand. All changes preview live in the editor as you work.

Save your theme
