All our formulas are dermatologist-tested and free from fragrance, parabens and essential oils. If you have a known allergy, check the full ingredient list on the product page before you order.
Most customers notice softer, more hydrated skin within two weeks. For changes in texture and tone, give a new routine six to eight weeks of daily use.
Yes. We never test on animals and every formula is 100% vegan. Our bottles and jars are made from recycled glass and can be refilled.
Orders placed before 2 pm ship the same working day. Standard delivery takes 2–4 working days, and you'll get a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Yes. If a product doesn't suit your skin, you can return it within 30 days, even if it's been opened. We'll refund you in full once it arrives back with us.

Keep your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, use them within 12 months. The open-jar symbol on each label shows the exact time.

All about your matcha ritual
New to matcha or a daily sipper? Here's how to get the most from every whisk.
Ceremonial grade is made from the youngest shade-grown leaves and tastes smooth and naturally sweet on its own. Culinary grade is bolder, so it shines in lattes, smoothies and baking.
Sift 2 g of matcha (about one teaspoon) into a bowl, add 70 ml of water at 80°C and whisk in a quick zigzag until frothy. Top up with water or steamed milk for a latte.
A cup has around 35–70 mg of caffeine, about half as much as coffee. The L-theanine in the leaves releases it slowly, so you get calm focus without the crash.
Our matcha comes from family farms in Uji and Kagoshima, Japan. The leaves are shaded for three weeks before harvest, then stone-ground into a fine powder.
Keep the tin sealed in a cool, dark place, and in the fridge once opened. Use it within two months of opening for the brightest color and flavor.
Yes. All our matcha is certified organic, and every batch is lab-tested for heavy metals and radiation.
A bamboo whisk (chasen) gives the smoothest, frothiest result, but a small milk frother works well too. Our starter kit includes everything you need.
