Is UpCart still on the Shopify App Store?
UpCart was not on the Shopify App Store on October 13, 2026. Its listing said: "This app is not currently available on the Shopify App Store." It told merchants with support questions to contact Rokt. Its reviews page no longer loads. On October 8, 2026 the same listing showed four plans and a 4.7 rating.
Rokt's AfterSell post-purchase app showed the same message that day. We found no public statement from Rokt about the change. If your store already runs UpCart, ask Rokt what it means for your cart, and test a replacement before you need one.

How do you switch from UpCart?
