Section Store Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the Section Store app and its website ("Section Store", "we", "us"). Section Store is run by Anywhere LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. By installing or using Section Store, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Section Store is a Shopify app. It adds theme sections, product page blocks, bundles, a cart drawer and AI features to your Shopify store. It also lets AI assistants that you connect manage your bundles and cart drawer.
2. Your account
You use Section Store through your Shopify store. You need a Shopify store and the rights to install apps on it. You're responsible for the people you give access to your Shopify admin.
3. Plans and billing
Some features need a paid plan, such as Section Store Plus. Shopify bills paid plans on our behalf, on your Shopify invoice. Prices and plan features are shown in the app before you subscribe. You can cancel at any time in the app. Shopify's billing terms apply to refunds.
4. Your content and settings
You keep everything you put into Section Store: your products, texts, images and settings. You give us the rights we need to store them and show them on your storefront.
You're responsible for what your store shows and charges. This includes the discounts, free gifts and reward thresholds you set. Checkout applies them as you set them.
5. AI features and AI assistants
AI features and the AI assistants you connect can make mistakes. Review their work before you rely on it.
- Changes an assistant makes to a bundle or cart that is off save at once.
- Changes to a bundle or cart that is live wait for you to confirm them in the assistant.
- An assistant can undo its own changes for 30 days.
You decide which assistants to connect. You can disconnect any of them at any time.
Each assistant is a third-party service with its own terms. We're not responsible for what an assistant does with what it receives.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use Section Store to break the law, to mislead shoppers, or to harm Section Store, Shopify or other merchants. Don't try to get around our limits or security. We may suspend access that does.
7. Third-party services
Section Store depends on Shopify and other providers. Their terms apply to your use of them. We're not responsible for their outages or changes.
8. Our intellectual property
Section Store, its code, sections and designs belong to us. You may use them on your stores while you have the app installed. You may not copy, resell or redistribute them.
9. Disclaimers
We provide Section Store "as is" and "as available". We don't promise it will be free of errors or interruptions. We don't promise any sales results.
10. Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect, incidental or lost-profit damages. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Ending
You can stop at any time by uninstalling the app. We may end or suspend your access if you break these terms. Sections 4, 8, 9 and 10 still apply after that.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new date. Big changes will also be announced in the app.
13. Governing law
The laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, govern these terms.
