How to Add a High-Converting Shipping Indicator to Your Shopify Product Page

One of the best ways to get more sales on Shopify is by showing customers exactly when their products will arrive. A shipping indicator not only builds trust but also gives customers the confidence they need to complete their purchase.

In this tutorial, we’ll walk you through how to add a dynamic shipping indicator to your Shopify product page using Conversion Blocks in the Section Store app. This method allows you to display stock status, shipping speed, and even personalized location details (like country flags) without writing a single line of code.

Why Add a Shipping Indicator?

  • Increases Trust: Shows customers the product is in stock and ready to ship.
  • Boosts Conversions: Eliminates uncertainty about delivery times.
  • Personalized Experience: Automatically detects the customer's location or country.
  • Mobile Friendly: Looks great on all devices and doesn’t slow down your page.

Step-by-Step Guide

Follow these simple steps to add the shipping indicator to your store:

Step 1: Open the Section Store App

From your Shopify Admin dashboard, navigate to your apps and open the Section Store app. If you haven't installed it yet, you can find it in the Shopify App Store.

Step 2: Navigate to Conversion Blocks

Once inside the app, look for the Conversion Blocks section. This is where you’ll find a variety of sales-boosting elements for your store.

Step 3: Select the "Shipping Info" Block

Scroll through the available blocks until you find the one labeled Shipping Info. Click on it to select it.

Step 4: Add to Theme

Click the "Edit in Theme" (or "Add to Theme") button. This will automatically open your Shopify Theme Editor and take you to the correct customization area.

Step 5: Add the Block to Your Product Page

In the Theme Editor:

  1. Navigate to your Product Page template.
  2. On the left-hand sidebar, click Add Section (or "Add Block" depending on your theme structure).
  3. Go to the Apps tab.
  4. Scroll down until you find Shipping Info and click to add it.

Step 6: Position the Indicator

Once added, the shipping indicator might appear at the bottom of the page. Simply click and drag the block in the sidebar to move it to your desired position. A high-converting spot is usually right below the "Add to Cart" button or near the price.

Step 7: Customize the Look and Feel

Click on the Shipping Info block to open its settings on the right. You can fully customize it to match your brand:

  • Text & Colors: Change the text and icon colors to match your theme.
  • Country Settings: The block pulls in the customer's country flag and code automatically, but you can adjust these settings if needed.
  • Borders & Spacing: Adjust the border style and padding to ensure it fits perfectly within your page layout.

Step 8: Save and Publish

Once you are happy with the placement and design, hit Save in the top right corner. Your new shipping indicator is now live and ready to help increase your checkouts!

That’s it! You now have a professional, high-converting shipping info section on your product page that gives customers more trust in your brand.
